Week Eleven: Nasturtium Pesto

Nasturtium pesto 

Add to a blender:

 • Nasturtium leaves

 • Any seeds or nuts – I used a mixture of sunflower and pumpkin seeds

 • Garlic

 • Extra virgin olive oil

 • Salt

 • Grated Parmesan

Serve with nasturtium flowers because they’re edible!
